Bakerview Structured Night School Registration Information and Instructions

Bakerview Centre for Learning's Structured Night School classes starts September 29th and 30thRegistration opens Monday, August 24th, 2020 and will run until Monday, September 21st, 2020 or until classes are full.

  • Due to student and staff safety reasons, classes will be online until further notice
  • All Structured Night School courses will require an electronic device and access to wifi
  • Before registering for a Night School course, please verify you have the necessary prerequisites and you are suited for the faster pace of Night School courses
  • For students signing up for Foundations of Math 12, Precalculus 12, English Studies, Chemistry 12 and Physics 12, please ensure email a copy of your transcript or report card to show that you took the corresponding grade 11 course. You can email your transcript/report card to bakerview@abbyschools.ca . Your registration will not be accepted without a transcript or report card to verify that you have taken the correct prerequisite.
  • Please ensure you have your Personal Education Number (PEN/9-digit number from the Ministry of Education), you will not be able to register without it. If you do not have your Personal Education Number you can call your previous school to request it. Or visit https://bakerview.abbyschools.ca/node/49876 on how to request a Personal Education Number from the Ministry of Educaton BC.
  • Please email a valid piece of ID (birth certificate, driver’s license, BCID, passport) and Proof of Residence  (Utility Bill, Valid ID w/address, Insurance/Bank/Mortgage Statement or Rental Agreement) to bakerview@abbyschools.ca . Your registration will not be accepted with a valid piece of ID and Proof of Residence. 
  • Adult students will be given priority for Structured Night School class placement
  • Students must be 16 before July 1st, 2020 to qualify for Structured Night School. If the students turns 16 after July 1, 2020 and would like to still register there will be a $550.00 course fee.
  • School aged students, please fill out this registration form with your parent/guardian and ensure they fill in the  Parent/Guardian Signature sections.
  • Private School students will be required to pay a $550.00 per course.
  • International student will need to email appropriate documentation to bakerview@abbyschools.ca  (please call 604-859-7820 for more information) International course fees are $1100.00.
  • Some courses may require a workbook. Workbook fees are $20.
  • ​Some courses may require a refundable textbook fee of $100. 
  • You will be emailed a payment notification if there is a course, textbook and/or workbook fee associated with the course you registered for. The payment notification will be emailed to you through School Cash Online. Once you receive the payment notification, please pay it before you attend the next class. You will be required to show your teacher proof of payment. Reminders
